A Dog Breed That Is Good With Children, Very Active And Gets On With Other Dogs ?

Yellow lab best dog you can ever get
A golden retriever they get along with children, are easily trained and obedient, and get along with other pets very well. There also active. Same goes for labrador retrievers. You can get more information about them by searching for either one of them on google. Hope this helps.
Since you don’t mention the age of the children, I will be responsible and say no breed of dog. All breeds bite and jump on children and children do not know how to be kind to dogs. Children cry, scream, make jerking movements, running, pick on dogs when they eat and take dogs toys. Some children will hug a dog to death. All breeds are stressed by children.
I have a Doberman-Shepherd mix, and she is the perfect family dog! She is active enough to enjoy playing, running, etc. with all the family members but she is calm and relaxed around the house. Very smart, obedient, easily trainable.
I really wouldn’t recommend a lab as they are puppyish for around 3 years, meaning hyper hyper hyper.
Australian Shepherds are wonderfull family dogs and love “their” kids. They are allways ready to play and run. If socialized properly they are good with other dogs. They are also very loyal to thier family and a bit territorial of thier piece of heaven.
Labradors and Golden Retrievers are excellent family pets.
They are loving, gentle and very playful. They enjoy long walks, a chance to run off lead and enjoy being given a ‘job’ to do.
Labradors are easy to groom (a few times a week) and are average shedders.
Golden Retrievers shed around the same but depending on how you keep their coat may need more grooming.
Both breeds benefit from having a garden to play in and are intelligent and therefore good for training.

If you have allergenic children get a do that is crossed with a poodle or a yorkie and if you have small children get a small dog like a yorkie or a Maltese and if you are looking for a gaurd dog I recommend a schnauzer and if you want a loving dog I recommend a lab a schnauzer or a yorkie.
Golden retriever defenately! They rank number one for family dog. The only think to worry about is shedding they shed like no other. But if you can just keep up with the vaccuming they are THE best dogs. And labs but personally I love goldens more. We had one and words could not describe her:) good luck!
We have a shelter mix. He is very good with kids, wonderful with other dogs (even the girls at the dog park gave him complements on that). He’s best friends with our cat and is pretty active also.
Oh yeah, he is a GSD/Chow mix. 5 months old …about 30 -32 lbs
I have a teddy bear (bichon/shih tuz) and he is the nicest dog! He doesn’t shed but he mostly sleeps. Also, he can be playful and is great with other dogs and kids! (small to small/medium dog)
We have a yellow lab, who loves children! He’s pretty active, likes to go for walks and run around after a ball, and loves swimming. He’s also very sweet, and loves to lick kids’ faces.
Activity may be a general trait of a breed, but being good with children and friendliness to other dogs is going to vary from dog to dog, even within a breed.
In my experience I’ve found that mix breed/shelter dogs can be very affectionate and loyal. I have a 12-year-old adopted miniature fox terrier and he’s never bitten or growled at a person in his life. Very sweet dog.
boxers are loyal and protective, especially of children. we had one when i was little. and when me and my friends would wrestle around and rough house, my dog would walk in between us and just lean on me to separate us.
i would say golden retvier,beagle,lab or a shih-zu there are loveable and caring

andi almost forgot how abt a newfoundland dogs they are great with children
that is basically most of your medium to large breed dog.
most important thing though is to train them the right way.

I’ve got a Welsh Terrier. They don’t shed, and mine loves people, playing with stuff, and walks. The only downside is that it’s a terrier, so it doesn’t retrieve stuff.
Newfoundlands have a reputation as the best dog with children. We had a Newfie mix and he was an absolute gentleman with everyone.
i have a lakeland terrier puppy and he is amazing with children loves to play and does malt away his fur we got it coz it was suppose to be gd with kids
I have a cavalier king charles and she is so friendly very active and gets on great with other dogs.
wheaten terriors are the best..they are adorable and dont shed..they dont get too big like labs that they will jump on you and they are very friendly.
